The present invention relates to an apparatus for adjusting the heating value of biogas including a buffer tank; a first inline mixer that is accommodated in the buffer tank, and accommodates and mixes biogas with first outside gas; and a second inline mixer that is accommodated in the buffer tank, and accommodates and mixes first mixed gas with second outside gas. According to the present invention, the biogas and the outside gas is uniformly mixed, and thus the heating value of the biogas becomes uniform according to time and space variations.
