<p>The present invention relates to a medium alignment apparatus using a parallel multi-joint robotic arm which can effectively align mediums even in the case of mediums (checks and bills) having different sizes and types, and can be largely applied to automatic deposit and withdrawal of various kinds of mediums in different transfer methods such as a longitudinal transfer method, a transverse transfer method, etc., and to a medium alignment method using the same. The medium alignment apparatus using a multi-joint parallel robotic arm according to the present invention comprises: a media recognition device recognizing skew of mediums and a conveying location; and a multi-joint robotic arm transferring corrected mediums to a conveying route after correcting the skew and the conveying location of the mediums picked up based on recognition information recognized by the media recognition device to a preset alignment location.</p> |
