<p>The present invention relates to a cooking appliance. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking appliance comprises: a gas burner to combust gas to generate a flame; a gas supply control part to control the supply of a gas to the gas burner; a product control part connected to the gas supply control part; and a product communication part connected to the product control part to communicate with the external devices. The product control part transmits status information to an external device to the product communication part when receiving a status information transmission request from the external device; and controls the gas supply control part to cut-off the gas supply when receiving a gas supply cut-off command from the external device. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cooking appliance which cuts off gas supply when receiving remote commands.</p> |
