PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging and transporting device of a fuel cell which is used for a buttery of an electric vehicle and a hybrid car and for a household distributed electricity storage system aimed at the electricity accumulation of solar power generation and midnight electricity accumulation, and easily and safely performs the packaging and transportation of the fuel cell heavy in weight.SOLUTION: The packaging and transporting device includes an outer box body 1 formed of a metal plate and a supporting lid mechanism 4 detachably fixed to an upper part of an opening 2 by a fixing means 3.
