<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition which has an enough water solubility, is promptly cured by an active energy ray, forms a cured product with the excellent film strength because of a high degree of crosslinking, and does not ruin the stability by a hydrolysis etc. even when used for an aqueous liquid composition and ink. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous liquid composition which includes a curable substance at least, and is cured by the irradiation of the active energy ray.
