<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fryer eliminating a residue precipitated on an oil tank bottom inclined surface in an oil tank while suppressing curing up of a residue of the oil tank, and effectively carrying out cleaning of oil. <P>SOLUTION: The fryer for frying a food material with oil heated by a heater provided in the oil tank includes a guiding board arranged substantially parallel on the oil tank bottom inclined surface which is an inclined bottom surface of the oil tank, and a shower mechanism for injecting the same quality of oil as the oil in the oil tank from the upper part to the lower part of the oil tank bottom inclined surface between the oil tank inclined surface and the guiding board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
