<p>The dampening system comprises a dampening element, and a plaster mass to be applied to the dampening element for the formation of a plaster and/or reinforcing layer, where a mineral binder (2-15 wt.%) and an organic binder (2-15 wt.%) are included in the plaster mass. The plaster mass comprises a pasty first component (90 wt.%), and other component (10 wt.%) to be mixed with the first component before applying the dampening element. A weight ratio of the organic binder to the mineral binder is 1:0.75-1:1.25 based on the binder content of the pasty first component. The dampening element is a sound- and/or thermal dampening panel, and comprises a sound- and/or thermal dampening material. The plaster and/or reinforcing layer has a tensile strength of greater than 0.3%, and a flexural strength of greater than 6 N/mm 2>. The dampening element is mounted on the building wall or ceiling, and ready-to-use two-component plaster mass for forming a single- or multi-layered plaster and/reinforcing layer is applied to the dampening element.</p> |
