摘要 Disclosed is an LED package for plant cultivation, which offers a light source that emits light over a wide wavelength range while maintaining high-intensity optical power and allows the ratio between a green light source and a red light source to be easily adjusted, thereby offering an optimum light source for plant cultivation. The LED package for plant cultivation comprises a lead frame consisting of a pair of lead terminals; at least one blue LED chip mount on the lead frame; a mold member allowing the lead frame to be sealed and exposed and having a reflection part that emits and reflects the light of the LED chip mount on the lead frame; and a vertical sealing material packed in the reflection part and mixed with resin and a red fluorescent substance. The blue LED chip emits blue and bluish light having a short wavelength, and the wavelength of the light emitted is 400-470 nm. In addition, the red fluorescent substance is composed of a nitride crystal fluorescent substance or a ceramic fluorescent substance, and the red fluorescent substance comprises a liquid or solid-phase red fluorescent substance that is excited by light waves radiating from a short-wavelength light emitting chip and emits red light.
