<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety in working at a position above a borehole when lowering and building a pipe member along a pipe axis direction into the borehole of a ground by delivering the pipe member wound like a coil. <P>SOLUTION: A method relates to lowering and building of the pipe member of an underground heat exchanger along the pipe axial direction into the borehole of the ground. The pipe member wound like a coil is placed and attached to a reel device placed on the ground at the side of the borehole.
