<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for preventing concrete piece exfoliation, which is manually applied, has the effect of reducing the aging time before application of a topcoat material because the resulting paint film is quickly cured, and satisfies exfoliation preventing performance defined by "Structure Construction Management Procedure" published by Nippon Expressway Research Institute (August, 2007) without reinforcement with a fiber sheet or providing a displacement layer since the cured paint film is tough. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition for preventing concrete piece exfoliation to be applied to a surface layer of a concrete structure is obtained by mixing an amine resin composed of an aromatic amine with an isocyanate resin composed of an isocyanate prepolymer.
