<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like material delivery device capable of accurately delivering sheet-like materials while dealing with higher delivering speed and efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet-like material delivery device includes: a kicker 16 having a lowermost sheet-like material placement portion 16a located in a stack part 12 which can store the sheet-like materials in a vertically stacked condition and a step portion 16b abutting on the upstream side ends of the sheet-like materials, for performing horizontal reciprocating motion to push out the sheet-like materials along a delivery face 14a; a pull-out roller 18 for performing rotating motion to pull out the pushed-out sheet-like materials held at their upper and lower sides; and a suction means 22 for generating suction force with the sucking operation of a blower. In the placement portion 16a of the kicker 16, a through-hole 16c is formed so that the sheet-like materials placed on the placement portion 16a are sucked via the through-hole 16c by the suction force of the suction means 22. The suction is continued until the sheet-like materials are delivered into the pull-out roller 18. When the sheet-like materials are delivered into the pull-out roller 18, the speed of the kicker 16 is already reduced to be lower than the peripheral speed of the pull-out roller 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
