<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery equipped with a separator which is excellent in oxidation resistance.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a nonaqueous electrolyte battery which is equipped with an electrode/separator joint obtained by bringing an electrode/separator laminate composed of a separator for a battery formed by carrying a reactive polymer layer having a plurality of cationically polymerizable functional groups and a cross-linked structure in a molecule and containing an organic swelling synthetic mica particle on a porous film, and an electrode laminated on this separator for the battery into contact with an electrolytic solution obtained by dissolving cationically polymerizable catalyst and electrolyte salt into an organic solvent in a battery container and then cationically polymerizing the reactive polymer. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery is provided in which the organic swelling synthetic mica particle is swollen in the organic solvent.</p> |
