PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of forming a game state with rich taste by providing an opportunity of promoting consumption of reservation memories stored in storage means when extending an opening time of a normal electric generator, determining an offer/non-offer of the opportunity by a game using symbol variation in a special symbol display device, and producing a change in the game by the symbol variation of the special symbol display device.SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes: a first special symbol display device and first reservation storage means corresponding to a first operation-start hole constantly allowing entry of a ball; a second special symbol display device and second reservation storage means corresponding to a second operation-start hole allowing entry of a ball only when the normal electric generator is opened; priority variation means preferentially variably displaying the second special symbol display device under a required condition; and priority invalidation means that invalidates the preferential variable display. The priority invalidation means actuates on condition that the second special symbol display device stationarily displays a specific failure symbol during the actuation of opening time extension means of the normal electric generator.
