<p>A brake device of a rail vehicle, containing a brake calliper unit which interacts with a brake disc and has a force generator and a brake calliper, and a bracket (41) for fastening the brake calliper unit (11) to a bogie, wherein the brake calliper unit is mounted pivotably on the bracket (41) by means of at least one bolt (43), and a resetting device (48) for resetting the brake calliper unit (11) relative to the bracket (41) from a position which is pivoted with respect to a predetermined neutral position into the neutral position is provided, wherein the resetting device (48) has at least one surface (49) which is assigned to the bracket (41) and interacts by means of a wedge effect with a complementary surface (50) assigned to a housing (15) of the brake calliper unit (11), wherein the one surface (49) and the complementary surface (50) are offset by a lever arm (h) with respect to a central axis (44) of the bolt (43), are mounted displaceably relative to each other in a direction parallel to the centre axis (44) of the bolt (43) and are loaded against each other by spring means (51) in such a manner that the brake calliper unit (11) is prestressed into the neutral position by the wedge effect between the one surface (49) and the complementary surface (50).</p> |
