The present invention relates to a blood filter for plasma separation and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the blood filter may comprise a nanofibrous non-woven fabric layer, which is composed of nanofibers having tensile strength of 5500-6000 psi, which is measured according to the method of ASTM D 412, includes pores with an average diameter of 0.3-0.9μm formed between the nanofibers, and has a thickness of 1-50μm. The blood filter for plasma separation according to the present invention has little loss of albumin, and the use of several sheets of blood filters can selectively separate IgG and LDL at high performance.
