<p>The present invention relates to a method for finding a part capable of representing the sugar content of an overall potato tuber in swiftly evaluating potato glucose content with a personal blood sugar measurement device and, more particularly, to measuring a glucose value by using a blood sugar measurement device in each of the 11 parts obtained by cutting the tuber of a (′rusty kernel′) potato, dividing the tuber into upper, middle, and lower parts, and dividing the tuber into an outer shell and a central section. The present invention includes a step of examining a correlation between the potato glucose content and the blood sugar measurement device; a step of examining the blood sugar measurement device value for each potato tuber part; and a step of examining a change in the blood sugar measurement device value and ratio during′rusty kernel′potato storage. According to the present invention, the processing suitability of the′rusty kernel′potato in long-term storage can be determined conveniently and swiftly.</p> |
