The present invention relates to a preprocessing device of a pipe oil. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the preprocessing device of a pipe oil comprises: a sample pitting unit installed in a pipe for pitting the pipe oil; and a bubble eliminating unit connected to the sample pitting unit to receive the pitted oil, having a differential pressure space where the oil is stored and decompressed or pressurized, equipped with a bubble eliminating module capable of carrying out decompression or pressurization for the differential pressure space, and made to discharge by eliminating an oil bubble through decompression or pressurization.
