A modular staging system comprising one or more modular units 2 and a trolley 3, wherein the trolley 3 comprises wheels 7 and is movable between a first configuration in which the trolley 3 is suitable for transporting one or more components of the staging system (see Fig 5), and a second configuration in which the trolley 3 and the one or more modular units 2 can be assembled into at least part of a stage 1. Preferably the frame 4 of the trolley used for securing the modular stage units in place is used as the support for the staging panel. Holes may be provided in the panel sections for receiving the leg. Alternatively the support structure may be formed from vertical support panels see Fig 11. The staging panels may be other shapes, for example triangles, pentagons or hexagons. |
