<p>The present invention easily manufactures tubular members and reduces the cost necessary for manufacturing the tubular members. A movement device (20) disposes a forming drum (3) at a position (P1) for the supply of a band-shaped member (2) from a supply device (10). The supply device supplies the band-shaped member (2) to the forming drum (3) and the band-shaped member (2) is wound onto the forming drum (3). The movement device (20) moves the forming drum (3) from the supply position (P1) and disposes same at a position (P2) for bonding of the band-shaped member by a bonding device (30). The bonding device (30) bonds the front end of the band-shaped member (2) to the back end to manufacture a tubular member (4).</p> |
