<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material in which heat storage can be suppressed even if synthetic resin is used in the outer layer of the surface, with a fine appearance which makes users feel at ease. <P>SOLUTION: Surface temperature elevation of a floor material P can be suppressed because the surface portion is formed of a synthetic resin including a heat-shielding pigment, so that a possibility of getting burned can be reduced when users walk barefoot on the floor material P or touch it by the bare hands.
