TEXT INPUT DEVICE AND METHOD FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED THROUGH SMART PHONE
摘要
<p>The present invention relates to a Korean alphabet inputting device of a smart mobile device for a blind person and to a method thereof. The Korean alphabet inputting method comprises a step for recognizing motion generated on a touch screen of the smart mobile device; a step for connecting the motion and a database corresponding to various kinds of determination motions; and a step for completing characters by combining the database. The present invention enables the blind person who cannot see the touch screen to accurately input the Korean alphabet by using the smart mobile device.</p>
