<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic layer includes one of a light emitting layer, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, or a function layer having a hole injection function and hole transport function. The light emitting layer includes an organic metal complex expressed by a following chemical equation 1. The hole injection layer, the hole transport layer, or the function layer having a hole injection function and hole transporting function include a chemical compound of a following chemical equation 2 or a chemical equation 3.
