<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for presenting whether a possibility to fail a printing result of print data is high to a user prior to instructing printing from an image processing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A printing management server stores therein bibliographic information to which print data specification information, user information and printing setting information are related, and error history information to which printer information and printing setting information are related. In accordance with the printing setting information of print data related to user information transmitted from an image processing apparatus and the printing setting information of printer information of the image processing apparatus contained in the error history information, the presence/absence of a possibility to fail a printing result of the print data in the image processing apparatus is determined. According to the determination result, print data with the possibility to fail the printing result and print data without the possibility to fail the printing result are identifiably displayed on a display section of the image processing apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
