摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-Ni-Cr alloy excellent in hot workability and surface properties, and a method for effectively producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The Fe-Ni-Cr alloy for bimetal contains, in terms of mass, C: 0.05-0.30%, Si: 0.05-0.40%, Mn: 0.05-0.60%, S: 0.0001-0.005%, P: 0.040% or less, Ni: 20-26%, Cr: 1-6%, N: 0.02% or less, B: less than 0.001%, and Ti: less than 0.05%, and preferably further contains Mg: 0.001% or less, Ca: 0.0001-0.002%, Al: 0.0001-0.01% and O: 0.0001-0.005%. A nonmetallic inclusion contained in the alloy is based on MnO-SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>-MgO-CaO system, having a component composition consiting of MnO: 0.1-10%, SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>: 10-40%, Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>: 5-40%, MgO: 5-40%, and CaO: 10-40%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
