<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord-containing rubber member having a new structure capable of reducing rigidity in an adhesion part on both ear parts of the cord-containing rubber member and to provide a method of producing the cord-containing rubber member at low cost without adding a new process. <P>SOLUTION: A cord-containing rubber member in which a net woven material for tires using woof crossing to warp in an about right angle direction is installed in a side area of a central part, and one or more single cords having no woof is installed in an outside region of the cord-containing ruber member other than the central part in which no bamboo blind fabric is installed, the single cord is positioned approximately in parallel to the cord used in the bamboo blind fabric, and a single cord region present in both the side of the central part in which the bamboo blind fabric is installed serves as a splice part upon splicing molding by winding the rubber member containing the cord around a drum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
