<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resign panel which can prevent a rattle and which does not cause any deformation caused by molding contraction by using an integrated interior material which is formed by engaging a reinforcing material with a core material formed of foam which has been molded beforehand. <P>SOLUTION: The resign panel 1 has a hollow double wall structure which consists of a front wall 2, a back wall 3, and a peripheral wall 4 which connects the front wall 2 with the back wall 3. The interior material 8, which is internally provided in the hollow part 5, is formed by integrating the core material 6 and the reinforcing material 7 into one piece by engaging the reinforcing material 7 with the core material 6 formed of thermoplastic resin foam which has been molded beforehand in nearly the same shape as the space in the hollow part 5.
