The present invention relates to a squeegee device installed in a screen printer to apply glue on a printed circuit board using a mask, and includes: a main squeegee body coupled to horizontally move by the screen printer, having a mounting surface provided on one surface to be inclined and an alignment guide unit provided on the mounting surface; a magnet installed in the main squeegee body providing magnetic force through the mounting surface; and a blade aligned by the alignment guide unit to detachably be attached to the mounting surface by the magnetic force of the magnet, and applying the glue; and a screen printer having the same. According to the present invention, the blade is stably and firmly fixated by the magnetic force; the blade is promptly and conveniently replaced by the magnetic force; the blade is not damaged when being replaced; time and effort required to clean the blade may be minimized; blades of different sizes may be used; the squeegee device may commonly be applied to all makers of screen printers; a space to attach glue or a remaining space is minimized; the costs and time required for maintenance and repair are reduced; prompt tooling is possible; and unnecessary flow of glue such as solder paste and cream solder is prevented to improve the quality of applying the glue. |
