<p>PURPOSE: An air-conditioner is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and to improve air conditioning efficiency by reducing the number of oil separators. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises a plurality of constant rate compressors(30,40), a variable capacity compressor(20), a suction pipe(50), an exclusive oil separator(60), an exclusive oil collection pipe(64), a common oil separator(70), and a common oil collection pipe(74). The constant rate compressor has the specified compression capacity. Refrigerant is inhaled through the suction pipe to a plurality of constant rate compressors and the variable capacity compressor. The exclusive oil separator is connected to the variable capacity compressor and separates the oil and the refrigerant flowing from the variable capacity compressor. The exclusive oil collection pipe guides the oil separated from the refrigerant by the exclusive oil separator to the suction pipe. The common oil separator is connected to the constant rate compressors and separates the oil and refrigerant flowing from a plurality of constant rate compressor. The common oil collection pipe guides the oil separating from refrigerant by the common oil separator to the suction pipe.</p> |
