<p>The present invention relates to a noise prevention type solenoid apparatus and, more specifically, to a noise prevention type solenoid apparatus comprising: a bobbin wherein a coil is wound; a core inserted into a core combining groove of the bobbin; a plunger and a shaft vertically moving in a shaft direction by being penetrated through the inside of the bobbin and the core; a housing, a frame, and a yoke to cover the bobbin; first and second sleeves to guide the plunger; and a spring. The outer diameter of the plunger is formed to be smaller than the inner diameter of the core. The present invention has an effect of increasing the Initial spring load by generating a sufficient initial absorption force using a cross section of a spring combining part of the plunger; generating enough stroke by maintaining and increasing the middle absorption force using a spring supporting side equipped in a stepped part of the plunger; reducing noise and operating shock by decreasing the late absorption force as a magnetic force is dispersed in a circumferential direction by inserting the plunger inside the core; reducing the processing costs by splitting and assembling the stepped part by forming the stepped part of the plunger in the form of a separate ring; and not only increasing the reliability with respect to the operation and the commodities, but also improving the product′s competitiveness.</p> |
