<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small powder and granular material dispenser where the metering error is small, the metering time of a powder and granular material is short, and the processing speed is high. <P>SOLUTION: The powder and granular material is stored in a powder and granular material container 10. An opening/closing on-off valve 20 is disposed in an outflow part 14 of the powder and granular material powder container 10. The driving of the on-off valve 20 is controlled by a drive mechanism 30, and the opening time and closing time of the outflow part 14 are controlled. The drive mechanism 30 includes a driving body 31 built in a casing 33 and a shaft body 32 for connecting the driving body 31 to the on-off valve 20.
