<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-cycle engine for a portable working machine, which can suppress deterioration in an exhaust gas characteristic caused by blow-by of unburned gas and improve the output at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The two-cycle engine 1 for a portable working machine includes: a muffler housing 23 having an exhaust gas inlet port 26 connected to an exhaust gas port 15 and an exhaust gas outlet port 27 opened to the outside; an exhaust pipe 24 accommodated in the muffler housing 23, with its one end 29 connected to the exhaust gas inlet port 26 and both ends opened; and a branch pipe 25 with its one end 31 closed and the other open end 32 connected to the exhaust pipe 24 with the muffler housing 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
