<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for the prevention of degassing, an overtube and an overtube set equipped with it, where all lesion tissues cut in an endoscope-related operation are taken out without damages, and the attachment always prevents the supplied air from escaping through all clearances in the endoscope in whatever action or position the endoscope may take, and the attachment does not come off from the overtube. <P>SOLUTION: The nearly cylindrical attachment 4 for preventing degassing is installed on a mouthpiece detachable part 3 added to the base end of an overtube where an endoscope inserted through it is free to slide forward and back. The attachment 4 for preventing degassing consists of a rotary operation frame 6 and a fixation frame 7 installable on the mouth piece detachable part 3. The attachment 4 includes a sleeve 5 for degassing prevention, of which at least one side is fixed to the inside of the operation frame 6 to prevent degassing from around the endoscope the attachment is inserted through. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
