<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a traffic information transmission frequency, and to reduce a database update processing load performed in a network supervision device on the reception side. <P>SOLUTION: A call processing device 100 transmits traffic information for Ta minutes×n times collectively at intervals of Ta×n minutes. The call processing device 100 adds a no-change bit to traffic information of a communication channel, if there is no change of a traffic volume in an identical communication channel collected at different timing among a plurality of collected traffic data.
