<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device with a touch detection function capable of reducing the cost by decreasing the number of components and the attachment man hour. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic part 8 for switch being pressed by an operation member 5 is formed of a non-conducting elastic material, and placed on the top face 1a of a wiring board 1 so that it can deform elastically. A conductive part 15 for touch detection is provided between the operation member 5 and the top face 1a of the wiring board 1. The conductive part 15 for touch detection is formed of a conductive elastic material, and integrally has an operation member side conductive part 16 in contact with the rear surface 5d of the operation member 5, and a board side conductive part 17 in contact with a board side connection 7 provided on the wiring board 1.
