<p>Hard magnetic alloys contain 30 - 45% Co, 12 - 18% Ni, 2 - 9% Ti, 1 - 5% Cu, 5 - 11% Al with 0.2 - 5 wt.% of one or more of Nb, Ta, Zr or Hf, balance Fe. The alloys exhibit high remanence and coercivity, and high specific energy (BH); typically alloys with 6% Ti have Hc is approx. 1500 Oe, and >6% Ti 1500 - 2000 Oe. Properties are significantly improved on conventional Alnico alloys.</p> |
