The collection module (301) collects, from one or a plurality of other recording and reproducing devices (100) connected to a network, second relevant information being a list of program information on program contents recorded by the other recording and reproducing devices (100). The determination module (302) determines whether the second relevant information contains second program information being program information not registered in the first relevant information. When the determination module (302) determines that the second relevant information contains the second program information, the integration module (303) integrates the second grogram information in the second relevant information into the first relevant information.
