<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The aircraft has a axial type overpressure door (1) including a hatch (2) comprising an internal face (2A) and an external face (2B) and arranged to pivot about an axis (4), between closed position and open position. The door comprises an aerodynamic appendage (9) securely attached to the internal face of the hatch at upstream edge (2C) relative to a direction of external flow (E) and arranged transversely to the edge so as to be retracted in the closed position of the hatch, relative to outside, and to produce deflection of the external flow in the open position of the hatch. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Aircraft. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The aerodynamic appendage is arranged transversely with the edge to be retracted in the closed position of the hatch, relative to outside, and to produce deflection of the external flow in the open position of the hatch so as to obtain high aerodynamic performance levels irrespective of operating conditions, thus improving aerodynamic efficiency of the overpressure door, which is installed on an area of an aircraft by reducing the air pressure inside the area and optimizing structural dimensioning of the parts of the area.
