Disclosed is an electromagnetism-related dielectric heating technique. A control device for generating a high-voltage pulse wave and a method for driving the same according to an embodiment of the present invention can smoothly control dielectric heating in the field of medical devices, particularly in a medical diathermy, a hyperthermia medical device, a dielectric heating device, or a hyperthermia therapy device for cancer treatment and thus expand various functions by generating a high-voltage pulse wave having a uniform effective value using complex pulse modulation according to a switching operation, that is, pulse width modulation (PWM) and pulse frequency modulation (PFM) methods while compensating for a resonant gain value in a driving frequency band (high-frequency band over 100 khz to 3 MHz) despite a low turns ratio using self-resonance that is a parasitic component of a transformer. |
