WIRE FOR BRASSIERE BY EXTRUSION PROCESSING AND MANUFATURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a wire for a brassiere and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a wire for a brassiere by extrusion processing and a manufacturing method thereof which can reduce the manufacturing costs and improve the productivity. The manufacturing method of a wire for a brassiere comprises: a step of injecting a raw material of a stiffener to an extruder; a step of extruding the stiffener from the extruder; a step of injecting the extruded stiffener and a raw material for a tube into the extruder; a step of extruding a body unit having the stiffener surrounded with the tube from the extruder; and a step of cutting the extruded body unit at a predetermined length. The wire for a brassiere of the present invention comprises: a body unit consisting of at least one stiffener and a tube surrounding the stiffener by extrusion processing; and a safety cap inserted and fixated to both ends of the body unit. Accordingly, the wire for a brassier can be manufactured at various lengths that users desire with one mold.
