<p>Furnishing a vertical-axis-type Magnus-system wind power electric generator such that the electric-generation efficiency is high with simple controlling. A vertical-axis-type Magnus-system wind power electric generator, the windmill part (2) that has the electric-generator rotation axis (3a), and rotates by wind power on its longitudinal axis; and the electric generator (3) that has the stator (101), and the rotator (100) joined to the windmill part (2), wherein the windmill part (2) has: the barrel set (50) that possesses the two barrels (5) which are arranged in parallel with the electric-generator rotation axis (3a), and rotate around the electric-generator rotation axis (3a); and the supporting member (4) that joins the barrel set (50) to the electric-generator rotation axis (3a), wherein each of the two barrels (5) is configured so as to be capable of spinning around the supporting axis (6) that is supported by the supporting member (4), and spinning directions of the two barrels (5) are directions opposite each other.</p> |
