The present invention relates to an on-floor drainage pipe system of a bathroom in an apartment house. Provided is an eccentric member for fixing a flow drain (FD) which is coupled with the upper portion of a FD fixing sleeve already laid in a slab or which is installed in the upper portion of a waterproof layer of the slab in order to fix the FD onto the floor and exactly mount the FD on a designed location, wherein the FD has a function to discharge floor sewage or sewage introduced from a basin or a bathtub to a side, on the floor. |
