The present invention relates to a system for providing safety driving information, capable of analyzing various types of driving information collected from a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminals to generate safety driving information regarding each dangerous section, and providing the generated safety driving information to a vehicle-mounted terminal which has entered a corresponding dangerous section, thereby preventing a traffic accident that may occur in the dangerous section, in advance. To this end, a vehicle-mounted terminal comprises: a driving information collecting unit collecting various types of driving information through a vehicle network and various sensors; a control unit determining whether the driving information collected by the driving information collecting unit is normal driving information or abnormal driving information; a communications unit transmitting the determined normal driving information or abnormal driving information to a safety driving information providing server and receiving safety driving information from the safety driving information providing server under the control of the control unit; and a display unit displaying the safety driving information provided from the communications unit under the control of the control unit.
