The present invention comprises a driving current controlling unit which generates a write driver controlling signal by sensing a resistance value of a dummy memory device and a write driving unit which offers driving voltage to a memory cell array in response to a write driver enable signal and the write driver controlling signal. A semiconductor memory device is provided to offer current suitable for the feature of a memory device to the memory device, thereby improving the margin and the reliability of motion which stores data. |
