<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause loosening of screwing by a screw and to suppress local projection in a radial direction when screw lock connection is made, in a case where three types of connection including slip connection, screw lock connection, and pawl lock connection can be carried out. <P>SOLUTION: An adaptor 50 is removably provided to a male luer assembly 11 where a lock nut 30 is arranged around a male luer 20 so as to be rotatable. The adaptor includes: a cylindrical part 51 to which the distal end of the male luer is inserted; an insertion part 56 which communicates with the cylindrical part and can be inserted to the slit of an elastic partitioning member of a needleless port; engagement pawls 67 which can be engaged with engagement projections formed on the outer peripheral surface of the needleless port; grip parts 60 which covers at least a part of the outer peripheral surface of the lock nut, and an engagement structure 53 which is engaged with the lock nut. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
