<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet having excellent lightweight property, small warpage due to the temperature fluctuation, free from the crack of a glass sheet due to the temperature fluctuation and exhibiting good adhesiveness of an acrylic resin to the glass sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated sheet is formed by laminating the glass sheet (B) through an adhesive layer (C) on the annealed acrylic resin sheet (A). The method of manufacturing the laminated sheet is carried out by annealing the acrylic resin sheet (A) produced by a casting method and after that, sticking the annealed acrylic resin to the glass sheet (B) with adhesive.
