<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the viscosity of resin under a high shearing flow condition. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring block 14, which has a resin inflow port 15a and an opened resin outflow port 15b and has a resin flow channel 15 formed therein, is attached to an injection molding machine by a mold clamping device and the molten resin injected from an injection nozzle is allowed to flow into the resin flow channel 15. The viscosity of the molten resin is calculated on the basis of the pressure gradient and flow rate per unit time of the molten resin flowing through the resin flow channel 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
