<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber connector with a mirror capable of uniquely positioning between an optical fiber and a mirror regardless of a substrate, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical fiber connector with the mirror, an optical fiber guide member that has an optical fiber insertion groove for fixing an optical fiber and a mirror member that has a vertical surface to be joined with end face of the optical fiber and a slope for converting an optical path are juxtaposed on a substrate, so that the end face of the optical fiber fixed in the optical fiber insertion groove and the vertical surface of the mirror member are joined at such a position as being capable of transmitting and receiving optical signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
