<p>The present invention relates to a piezoelectric sensor and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a piezoelectric sensor for accurately and easily sensing an axle load and a manufacturing method thereof. The piezoelectric sensor according to the present invention includes: a braided cable; a piezoelectric film which winds and surrounds the outer surface of the braided cable; an electric body which fills the inside of the braided cable so that the braided cable is evenly in contact with the piezoelectric film; and a protective body which covers the outer surface of the piezoelectric film in order to protect the braided cable and the piezoelectric film. The cross sections of the braided cable, the piezoelectric film, the electric body, and the protective body are compressed to have a flat oval shape.</p> |
