SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING AGENT SERVICE TO USER TERMINAL

A method for offering an agent service to a user terminal comprises a step for receiving user instruction from a user terminal; a step for searching one or more agent answers for one or more keywords included in the user instruction from a database; a step for offering one or more leading questions to the user terminal to search the agent answers according to a determination result; a step for receiving a lot of additional information for the leading questions from the user terminal; and a step for offering the agent answers to the user terminal based on the additional information. The present invention is provided to enable an agent to offer a question comprising a self-readable answer to a user and enable the user to select the self-readable answer of the agent, thereby improving the reliability of a system.
