<p>A method for manufacturing a picture frame and the system thereof, using a wire as an article for manufacturing the picture frame. The method comprises the steps: milling edge, gluing, overturning the article, folding and solidifying the picture frame. The folding step includes the first folding which folding gaps in the two sides of the article inward and making the first section of the article and the fourth section of the article vertical to the second section of the article and the third section of the article respectively, and the second folding which folding gaps in the middle of the article and making the second section of the article vertical to the third section of the article and the incline of the first section superposition to the incline of the fourth section. The system is a manufacturing line controlled by a controlling system which comprising the milling edge machine, gluing machine, article overturning machine, folding machine which folding the picture frame automatically and the transporting belt. The method and the system can realize the automatization of manufacturing a picture frame and increase the work efficiency. The manufacturing line is simple and controllable.</p> |
